I couldn't wear the Patricia because I have a high instep and the snap wouldn't stay snapped. I subsequently bought the Patricia II and absolutely love love love that shoe. So if you have a wide foot or high instep you might want to purchase the Patricia II.

I have the Patricia in two different colors. They are absolutely the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I can wear them 12 hours and never need to change or complain of having them on. I strongly recommend this shoe.
