The "Neria Work" don't actually work!
I am currently a culinary student working hard daily in kitchen classes and academic classes. Always being on my feet, my shoes wear out easily, which started out the hunt for new kitchen shoes. When I ordered my first pair of these, they were way to big, so I had to send them back. The second pair made me realize that the back of the heel was way too low-- I would be slipping out of these shoes consistently! Unfortunately, Crocs will be seeing my second pair in the return address: these shoes just aren't practical for my industry.

Neria Worker Shoe
Hi,
I set out on my journey for a new pair of Nursing Shoes and came across the Neria Work Shoe, I was so excited cause it came in black at which I was searching for and it appeared to be an easy shoe to keep clean as well. When I tried it on the shoe itself had the most amazing comfortable padding inside BUT..... when I started to walk in the shoe it fell off my feet. It was as if who ever designed the shoe forgot to add the other 1/4 part of the shoe to the back of the heel so it stayed on your feet. I tried a smaller size thinking ok maybe the shoe was just to big BUT.... it did the same thing as I walked the shoe slipped right off my foot. Being in the Medical field we have to wear shoes that stay on our feet. I was so sad that I had to put them back, I was not the only one 5 other customers placed them back as well because of the same issue. I would say its a great shoe but you need to add more to the the heel so you don't walk out of them. I hope croc re-designs the shoe ! I'm sure it would be a top seller in the Medical Field if you added more to the heel it's just way to low and no one wants to lose a shoe!!
Surprisingly comfortable
Second pair of Crocs and I wasn't disappointed. Was worried that these won't fit right since they don't have the strap on the back but they fit just fine! Be sure to follow the fit/size guide to make sure you get the right size. I did and I own another pair of comfortable shoes for work!

very comfortable
These shoes are great. The size is right one target. The non-slip sole is wonderful. Living in the mountains of Colorado, the snow and ice can be a problem but not for these. I haven't even felt my feet slip on the ice.
