Ok
Like the style and look but it runs narrow and after 12 hrs thought my little toes would break off. Not a fan of the slipping up and down. The air whooshing noise of the shoe slipping up and down is annoying. Do like the non slip sole. Should consider putting it on all of the shoes.

My Favorite for fall and winter
Love the Neria Work, these shoes are super comfortable. I purchased the same size I buy in the original croc clogs and the fit is great. The Work shoe has a really nice non slip sole. I also have the original Neria, the fit is the same with the main difference being the sole. I love these for fall and winter because they keep your feet dry and in south central tx it rarely gets so cold that you need heavy socks or boots. With jeans these almost have the look of a boot! For those who are wondering, yes they do slip a little on the heel, but this just adds to the comfort (they don't rub my heel). Great all day comfort which is what I am looking for with my bad knees! I have wide feet and a high instep and they still fit great.

Not bad not good
I like the crocs brand but I am disappointed with this product. It is narrow, I used it once at my work and it was so painful. I have very mild hallux vulgus and it aggravated pain after wearing it for 10 hours. So if you have mild hallux, dont buy it.............
It looks durable, usually I wear size 7 shoes and I bought it but they were too large so I ordered size 6......

Fit depends on the color -
I own two pairs of these shoes - a brown and a black, and although they are technically the same, the fit indicates otherwise. The black shoes seem to run a little large/wide - but just enough to make them comfortable. The brown shoes feel smaller and more true to size. Also, these shoes are missing the normal crocs ridges on the insole and instead have a spongy foam insole. Still, they are a good deal overall, if you get them on sale. Versatile enough to wear with work clothes or jeans.
