Love these shoes
These are my first "work" shoes from crocs- I am a 3rd yr med student- we stand a lot. I needed a shoe that was wide and had a wide toe box. These shoes are very comfortable. They have an insole that makes them more comfortable than standing on the Mercy Work Croc. They do make your feet sweat, so you have to wear socks. I just started wearing them so I do not know how they will wear. I think a crease will form across the top with time. Overall I would highly rec especially over a Dansko which to me has no cushion. I already want to buy in the other color option!

Why no half sizes?
I have a pair of crock sandals that are fancy enough for work, and I LOVE THEM. They are so comfortable, and fit me as a size 7. Typically, I wear a 7.5. I ordered the Neira in a 7, but they're too small with socks.... even thin socks. So, I returned them and ordered an 8. The 8 is way too big, so I've given up on crocks with socks... which makes me very sad because I just started teaching and am on my feet all day. Crocks, why no half sizes?

Inconsistent
I have these in a 9. The 9 is definitely a little big but work with socks or tights. I typically wear an 8 1/2 and it says to order down so for my second pair I ordered an 8. The heel is so short, I can't keep my foot in it and really they're a bit snug in the toes. Definitely couldn't wear socks or anything with them. Really a half size would be perfect (if the heel is a bit taller). I guess I'll be getting these in a 9 again. It's such a bummer because as a hair designer, crocs are the only shoes I can wear all day!

neria work
I really thought I would like these shoes for work. I work a second job as a server and being on my feet for so long, I need something comfortable. My first day wearing them I was miserable. They pinched my little and big toe so much that I had to take them off for relief. I also kept walking out the back of them. They don't hold very well. They were not too big either. I originally had ordered an 8 and had to send them back because they were too big. So I got a 7. I still walk out the back of them. I usually have fantastic results with Croc shoes. I have many pairs. Not this time:(
