Worst material for a backpack
We love our Crocs shoes and our grandsons look adorable in them. But we bought a backpack here very similiar to this one and of the same material for our 9 year old grandson for his 5th grade class. He is small for his age and very easy on backpacks. His others have been passed down to his brothers. However several things broke on his Croc one the very first week of school including the zipper, and the hanging strap. He did not even have homework or extra sweaters or jackets to cram in it since it was still 80 degrees. Also he almost lost his lunch the 2nd day because the attached strap wouldn't work. He is so disappointed and I wish we could return it for a pair of shoes

Terrible
First of all, the picture of the backpack is not what the actual backpack looks like. We purchased the backpack because my son wanted to put jibbitz on the zippers. According to the picture, you should be able to put 6 jibbitz on. On the actual backpack you can only put 2. The back zippers do not have the jibbitz holders. Contacted CROCS in case it was a fluke and was told that the picture is wrong (surprisingly, it is still wrong 2 months later). The durability is terrible. The zippers constantly get stuck and come to find out, after less than a month of use, the front zipper that actually has the jibbitz on it broke. Looking at the design of the zipper (where the jibbitz go), the rubber of the jibbitz holder (and where you pull the zipper) is extremely thin and since the quality of the zipper is terrible and gets stuck all the time, pulling on the rubber piece will rip it off completely. I see why they didn't put the rubber pieces on the back zippers that get used a lot more than the front. They need to completely redesign the jibbitz holder (holes in the backpack may be a better idea) and also need to get some heavier duty zippers, the ones on this backpack are very light weigh and bad quality. The backpack does look cute but it is useless.
