Kids’ Baya Fleece Clog

Since we don't have a Crocs kiosk in our mall anymore, I bought online. I ordered a pair of 12-13 for my son. When they arrived, they were too small, so I returned them and ordered the next size up. It let me choose from Juniors 1, 2, or 3. I choose Junior 1. I was really frustrated when they arrived and were marked J 1-3. They are enormous and didn't fit. To make it all worse, when I ordered the second pair, I hurried to do that to catch a December sale that was ending and ordered first. Then I figured out how to return. Crocs doesn't reimburse you for return shipping but they offered a free shipping credit. Since I had already ordered the second pair, it was too late to cash that in. So I had to pay for shipping and return shipping on the first pair plus shipping on the second pair. When the 2nd pair arrived and were way too big, I was really annoyed because now I had to pay for return shipping on the 2nd pair as well. I don't understand why they couldn't appropriately label the size options for the shoes. If I had known ahead of time that the junior sizes were J 1-3 and not just J 1, I would have chosen a different type of crocs. After paying so much for shipping and not winding up with any shoes, I went to Payless ShoeSource at our local mall and bought a different type of shoes altogether since I could have my son try them on, buy them on sale, and not have to pay any shipping. I'm really frustrated. I'm a divorced mother of two with no money to spare and having to shell out money for shipping and return shipping twice really makes me think twice about whether I want to bother with crocs again. It's too bad because we really like the shoes otherwise. Fix your website!!! :(

My 5 year old grandson refuses to wear anything but Crocs, but it's freezing here this winter (worse than usual)! I gave him these in blue with bright green fur (he also will only wear green) and he is thrilled to have "fuzzy" Crocs to keep his feet warm. Thanks - they're great!

my boy lives in Crocs, and never wants to wear socks. so when I saw these it was the best thing ever to try and help keep his feet warm in the cold months. Will be buying more of these.

I ordered size 3 for my son, since he is in about a 2 - 3 right now and i wanted them to last all winter. These shoes come in size 3-5, although when you order them online let's you choose a specific size and not 3 different sizes at once. :( They are way too big for my son right now. Maybe next winter. The shoes are great otherwise, just way too big.
