Hover Lace Up Leather

I bought the hover leather lace up at the same time that I bought two canvas lace up hover pairs. The canvas pairs fit fine. For some reason, the leather version of the same shoe presses on the upper side of the joint where the big toe meets my foot (the metatarsal-phalangeal joint) on my right foot only. I can't find any difference with the shoe between left and right, but it is certainly uncomfortable. I've tried to break in the shoe, but I'm not having any luck. Due to the fact that I wore it for a day while testing it out, I think I passed the point of being able to return the shoe. I won't be getting another leather pair, which is a shame because they look good and the left shoe fits fine.

I thought I'd try a Crocs "shoe" after owning lined slippers for years. I was surprised that the insole is so flat without any real support. I tried a set of my usual inserts, but that made the shoe too tight on my foot. Wore them for a big day of shopping and found them to be pretty comfortable, but I could tell there wasn't much support by the end of the day. While I like the looks, my wife thinks they're "80s nerdy." Not sure how durable they're going to be.

I bought the Hover leather lace up in size 10. I loved the shoe, probably the most comfortable I have ever had so I ordered 1 more pair in different color and a pair of the Hover canvas lace up in the same size. The 2nd pair of leather I got were slightly smaller and I can't wear. The canvas were a lot smaller. I will be returning them and ordering a larger size, hopefully they will not be too big. I wish Crocs were more consistent in their sizing.

Bought a pair of these in the army green for my husband for Christmas.... He loves them! They are very comfortable, stylish and durable. The other thing is, they are also very light in weight so that adds to the all day wear comfort!
