Girls' Berryessa Suede Buckle Boot

My daughter fell in love with these boots. They are super cute and seem to be very well made. I was a little concerned because I had seen other reviews saying the shaft size was too big, but decided to give them a try anyway. Unfortunately my fears were confirmed. We tightened the buckles all the way, but doesn't really help. The boot comes off if she lifts her foot. We may try a smaller size, but I have doubts as to whether the shaft will be much smaller going down one size. Also, I hate to get something so expensive with no room to grow. We are both super bummed because we love the style.

I, the grand pop, bought these boots for my 6 yr old, granddaughter. The boots are attractive; my granddaughter thought so too. When she tried them on for size, she was uncomfortable with the top of the toe area. It seems that the material inside is stiff.... Perhaps she'll try them again when she comes back to visit next week.
