Cleo

I have a pair of Cleo II that I've worn almost daily for a year and love. Was hoping to like the Cleo but was very dissappointed upon receiving today. I need a strap in the back to hold shoes on and was hoping to wear these that way as I had worn my Cleo IIs. The strap on these is much too short for that. The strap pushed my foot so far forward that my big toe hung an inch over the end of the shoe. I love my old crocs but would not recommend these if you want to wear them with the strap in the back.

I wish the grey were a little daker but this is the only shoe I wear any more! I have at least one pair in each color...and have even "stocked up" on a few of the colors just in case they stop making this style! I love it because it is so comfortable...more so than the Cleo II, in my opinion!

I have been suffering with foot pain (plantar fascitis) for many years and have tried orthodics and orthopedic shoes for relief and none of that ever made walking tolerable as much as these shoes have. They got me though a week at Disney and I where them all around the house and while exercising on my eliptical machine. I even wore them outdoors all through the fall and early winter in Chicago. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I am buying a second pair because the bottom treads are starting to wear some now and I never want to be without them!

I own many pairs of Crocs in all different styles but these are my very favorite. They are lightweight and comfortable. I did reduce my rating by one star for two reasons: 1) I have always purchased a size 7, but when I bought a pair recently, the 7 was significantly smaller than my other pairs. I exchanged it for an 8 and the 8 was the same size as the old 7. 2) As some other reviewers have reported, this shoe is not made of the same materials as the old version. It's slicker, shinier and tends to make your foot sweat and slide around a little more, at least for the first few times you wear it. These small problems aside, I still believe it's the best shoe for vacationing (lightweight and easy to pack), shopping and everyday wear around the house. If you like to go barefoot but know that you shouldn't (barefoot is bad for your feet!) then wear these around the house and yard.
