I purchased this for my grand-daughter that likes "fishies" and am considering returning it. She hasn't had it on but the color that develops when I hold it in the sun is more like urine stain yellow as opposed to the fun looking orange in the photo. It changes back to white with a boring bubble design very quickly. The $20 price is more than I would spend on a T shirt that isn't special.
