Athens

I would have to say these are probably the most comfortable flip flops I own. There is enough cushioning and arch support to allow me to wear them all day without my feet hurting. I have a wide foot and that is the reason I like the Athens model. However, they do run very wide and do not look very fashionable. For as wide as they are though I do not ever feel like they are just going to flop right off of my feet. I would definitely not recommend this model to anyone with narrow or average feet.

I love your Athens sandal as far as I am concerned I could live in them day in and day out . I have been wearing them for three years and always order when they start to wear out (the soles). I have had surgey on my feet both of them I suffer from arthritis and you Athens is by far the only shoe I can wear and go go for hours with no pain. I love this shoe. Only one problem . Please why dont you make them with a good skid resistent sole? Like for instance your sole on the your Bistro shoes. The Athens is the most comfotable sandal I have ever worn and I always re-order when my Crocs start to get worn. They can be very slippery if you should happen to go walk on wet tile . I have given the Athens to my daughter-in-laws for presents and they love them. Please make them one better make them skid resistant. Julie

CROCS discontinued the Modi flip flop. We ordered the Athens based on all the great reviews about comfort and arch support. When you've had the best its hard to go back to less. The Modi offers superior comfort and arch support when compared to the Athens. We returned 4 pairs of the Athens to CROCS and purchased Modi flips from Amazon. Bring back the Modi flip flop.

I have several foot troubles and these are the most comfortable shoes/flips I own. Please do not stop making them available! I also agree with another review, I would like some new colors. My Hot Pink are worn out. I have two other pairs that I wear everyday, and could not live without them! The double footbed really makes a difference, I would enjoy seeing that feature in more styles.
