Women's RainFloe Bootie Review
This boot is what I have been looking for. Short, comfortable, light weight boot. I didn't follow the size instructions saying "1/2 sizes order 1/2 size down", so it's a bit bigger but socks should be fine with it.

perfect slip ons for all seasons!
These boots are perfect to throw on when running out to the car, taking the dog out, taking the garbage out, etc. They slip on, hands free, by just sticking your foot in... No tugging, pulling or wiggling into these awesome boots. I've used them many times when tredging through slushy parking lots and for shoveling. I wore them once to work but my feet nearly melted off. Two of my girlfriends liked the looks and after trying them on, they both ordered a pair due to their functionality! Bottom line: Comfy = yes Warm = enough (for brief time outside) Fashionable = not amazing, but not bad! Biggest con: snow can jump up and into the boot when walking due to the wide ankle. The wide ankle, however, is what makes them so convenient, so I'll deal with a little snow. I usually wear a 7-7.5; I am enjoying a size 8 in this boot.
